Villa ElCapitan, furnished with great attention to detail, offers everything for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday on the Costa Blanca on 2 floors.
The holiday villa is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The main entrance leads into a small hallway, from which the first bedroom and a separate bathroom can be reached on the right. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a Smart.TV and air conditioning.
Directly opposite the entrance hallway is the fully equipped kitchen with connection to the dining room. The dining room offers a round dining table with 6 chairs and invites you to Spanish evenings with the great and unforgettable view of the coast of Benissa,
Leaving the dining room, you enter the living room.
The round bar is the highlight of the room and offers ample space to relax.
A spiral staircase leads past the bar down to the second floor. The second floor is equipped with a small bedroom. The bedroom offers a 150x 200 cm bed and a Smart TV. The separate shower room offers enough space. Through the dressing room you reach the master bedroom, which offers a breathtaking view of the coast of Benissa through a semicircular glass front. A separate entrance door leads to the garden/terrace area of the house.
The property is divided into several floors. A staircase leads to the first floor with the terrace and the pool area. Sun loungers and a sitting area as well as lounge furniture invite you to relax.
Further stairs lead to the holiday villa. Another terrace with dining furniture and a gas barbecue are at the guest's disposal.
The villa is located in a quiet urbanisation and close to the sea. It is 2.4 km from the nearest bay and 2.8 km from the nearest supermarket. The centre of Moraira can be reached in 5.7 km and Benissa in 6.6 km.

The house is not suitable for small children and people with handicap due to the pool without cover and the many stairs
We make it easy: Our accommodations have bedding and towels. Summer bed linen (without lining) from 01/05 – 31/09, winter bed linen with lining from 01/10 – 30/04 Electricity and water are included in the price in normal household quantities.

From the moment we stepped through the door, we were struck by the attention to detail in every aspect of the villa's design. The layout of the villa, spread across two floors, provided ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. The bedrooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated, each equipped with its own Smart TV and air conditioning for added comfort. The highlight for us was the master bedroom, with its breathtaking view of the coast of Benissa through the semicircular glass front - waking up to that view each morning was simply unforgettable. The living areas were equally impressive, with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room offering panoramic views of the coast, and a cozy living room with a unique round bar that quickly became a favorite spot for evening relaxation. Outside, the villa continued to impress with its multiple terraces, pool area, and beautiful garden. We spent many hours lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying meals al fresco on the terrace with the gas barbecue. While the villa offered a peaceful retreat, it was also conveniently located close to the sea and nearby amenities. Exploring the surrounding area was easy, with Moraira and Benissa just a short drive away. One thing to note is that the property may not be suitable for small childrenthose with mobility issues due to the pool without a cover and the many stairs. However, for those able to navigate these aspects, Villa ElCapitan offers a truly unforgettable holiday experience. Overall, our stay at Villa ElCapitan was nothing short of fantastic. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway on the Costa Blanca. |
