The fine sandy "Playa Moraira" beach is only 600 meters away, and the pebble beach "Playa el Portet" is just 1 kilometer away. Golf enthusiasts will find the "Club de Golf Ifach" only 4 kilometers away. For more adventure and fun, the "Terra Mitica, AquaMundo" amusement park is just 30 kilometers away, and the airports of Alicante and Valencia are both about 60 kilometers away.

Our apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay: a spacious elevator, a communal terrace, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a balcony, a children's area, a heat pump, air conditioning in the living room, and a fan provide maximum comfort. The communal pool with a children's pool on the roof invites you to relax and play, and a parking space in the underground garage in the same building is available for your vehicle.
